Meetings

According to the bylaws:

Regular meetings of directors shall be held on the first Wednesday of June at 9:00 AM, unless such day falls on a legal holiday, in which event the regular meeting shall be held at the same hour and place on the next business day.

Additionally:

Special meetings of the board of directors may be called by the chairperson of the board, the president, the vice president, the secretary, or by any two directors

Meeting minutes shall be posted here promptly.
