Board

The Open Cloud Initiative (OCI) board consists of between five (5) and twenty one (21) directors. It operates, wherever possible, with full transparency — meetings are typically held by telephone, with any interested party free to join as a listener, and the board mailing list archives are publicly indexed by an unrelated third-party. Minutes are posted promptly by the secretary.
